TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I understand that my deposit of $50 is non-refundable and entitles my child to a placement in the summer camp as registered.
The total cost of the camp is $195 per student to be paid in advance
of the first day of camp.
I
understand that studio fees are charged without regard to attendance. There are no refunds for summer camps.
Although great care will always be
taken with student belongings, I understand that Spot 5 cannot insure any of my
child's finished or unfinished works, or any of my child's personal equipment or materials at
the studio or any other location. Any
loss or damage to personal items is not the responsibility of Spot 5 Art Studio or it's employees.
I also understand that, during the
course of instruction, my child may be exposed to tools, materials and
supplies that may present risk if mishandled or misused. Spot 5 and Spot 5 employees are not responsible for any injury or
damages from exposure to such tools, materials or supplies.
