Art for Homeschoolers

This curriculum is a good fit for those who are homeschooled and desire high quality art instruction and an enjoyable art experience. Students will work in a variety of media and receive instruction in the fundamental art principles of balance, movement, rhythm, contrast, emphasis, pattern, and unity. These principles along with the elements (line, shape, form, color, value, texture and space) help to unify and give visual order to a work of art.
The hands-on activities are combined with exposure to art history and culture to provide a solid basis for continuing study in the arts.
Cost: $200 / 8weeks
