PAYMENT

            I understand that my deposit of $30.00 is non-refundable and entitles me or my child to an assigned easel and weekly class instruction for a session or enrollment in a special workshop or camp as indicated.  The total cost of the session plus the cost of any materials purchased, is to be paid by the first day of class or in monthly installments.  At the end of the agreed session, classes may continue on a monthly basis.

MAKE-UP POLICY

            I understand that studio fees are charged without regard to attendance.  In the event I must miss a scheduled class, the following will apply:

• Adult students and private lesson students may reschedule classes in advance at no additional charge at a time to be agreed.  
• Youth and child students will be allowed one class cancellation per eight weeks, which will be credited to the student’s next session. 

If I miss a class without notifying Spot 5 in advance, I will be charged for it and no make-up or credit will be available.

LAB STUDIO TIME

            All Adult students are allowed lab time during other Adult class times for the purpose of working independently. I understand that if I attend the studio for lab time I am not entitled to the same personalized instruction I receive during class time.

SAFETY

Although great care will always be taken with student belongings, I understand that Spot5 Art Studio cannot insure any of my finished or unfinished works, or any of my personal equipment or materials at the studio or any other location.  Any loss or damage to personal items is not the responsibility of Spot5.

            I also understand that, during the course of instruction, I or my child may be exposed to tools, materials and supplies that may present risk if mishandled or misused.  Spot 5 is not responsible for any injury or damages from exposure to such tools, materials or supplies.
